Soothing MaMa
provides a space for people to look within in order to empower themselves
to achieve holistic health and balance. I have my Masters Degree in Counseling
and provide counseling services on an individual basis as well as facilitating
group processes. Through the counseling process, I work collaboratively
with the client and help provide emotional and mental guidance towards healing
and well being. Together, we can address stresses such as lifestyle issues
like drug abuse or violence, previous traumas that may affect birth and
parenting, and birth trauma. I enjoy working with women and men, and specialize
in working with women and teens through their pregnancy and postpartum.
